Administer hardware, software and applications running either on-prem or in the Cloud
Work with Azure AD & on-Prem Active Directory systems
Support Microsoft 365 environment, with particular attention given to governance, design, and architecture
Act as a Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Email Services (Exchange Online), Office Applications (Microsoft 365), Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
Support our Microsoft 365 security and compliance management, specifically anti-phishing/anti-malware/anti-spam policies/config/troubleshooting/email tracing
Develop disaster recovery plans and perform system backups and restores
Qualification
Degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT
Experience with Azure AD, Azure Exchange
Knowledge of the IP networking, TCP/IP, HTTP, Rest API protocols
Knowledge of Virtualization
Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
Lead in developing strategies and implementing key growth initiatives for the Company
Plan, direct and oversee the opportunity pursuit through award by working on selected opportunities and overseeing tender strategy, pricing and proposal strategy
Point of contact between vendor on contracts and product pricing
Administration task such as solution ordering, renewal, termination, price negotiation, payment, etc.
Plan, organize and assist in arranging solution event whenever required.
Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business
Positive, outgoing and loves meeting with people
Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to work independently and a fast learner, preferably IT savvy
